permissions

Returns the permissions the caller holds on the current account, as resource:action ids such as payments:refund. For a dashboard user, the list holds the user's custom permission list, or else the permissions of all the user's roles. For an app connected through OAuth, it holds only the permissions that both the user and the app hold. For an API key, it holds the permissions of the key. The list is empty when the caller has no account yet, for example before onboarding.
