# RuleTargetIssueReason

Why a target of a payment rule cannot take the payments the rule sends to it.

* `DELETED` - The processor was deleted.
* `DISABLED` - The merchant turned the processor off.
* `UNAVAILABLE` - The processor cannot take payments for a reason its on/off switch does not control: MONEI cannot serve the payment method for the account (contact support), or the processor is missing required credentials.
