RuleTargetIssueReason

Why a target of a payment rule cannot take the payments the rule sends to it.

DELETED - The processor was deleted.
DISABLED - The merchant turned the processor off.
UNAVAILABLE - The processor cannot take payments for a reason its on/off switch does not control: MONEI cannot serve the payment method for the account (contact support), or the processor is missing required credentials.
