DisputeDocument

Evidence file attached to the response to a chargeback. The dashboard lists these files in the Evidence and response card of a dispute.

Fields

DisputeDocument.id ● ID! non-null scalar

Identifier of the evidence file (UUID). Pass it to deleteDisputeDocument.

DisputeDocument.name ● String! non-null scalar

File name given to uploadDisputeDocument. The dashboard sends the original file name.

DisputeDocument.contentType ● String! non-null scalar

MIME type declared on upload: application/pdf, text/plain, image/jpeg or image/png.

DisputeDocument.downloadUrl ● String scalar

Short-lived link to download the file, valid for 15 minutes. Each read makes a new link, so do not store it.

DisputeDocument.expiresAt ● AWSTimestamp scalar

When downloadUrl stops working, as a Unix timestamp in seconds.
