# RuleTargetIssue

A target of a payment rule that cannot take the payments the rule sends to it, for one payment method.

Target as payment rules name it: `monei` for MONEI, or the ID of a processor the merchant holds a contract with. `null` when the processor no longer exists.

Display name of the target, as `PaymentProcessor.name` shows it. `null` when it is not known.
