activateApplePayCert

Activates an Apple Pay certificate by uploading the signed certificate downloaded from the Apple Developer Portal. The certificate must match the stored private key; on success active is set to true, expireAt is populated, and csr is cleared. A certificate can only be activated once. Arguments: - input: Certificate ID and the signed certificate.
