createApplePayCert

Creates a new Apple Pay certificate by generating a Certificate Signing Request (CSR). Use the returned csr to create an Apple Pay Payment Processing Certificate in the Apple Developer Portal, then call activateApplePayCert with the signed .cer. The private key is securely generated and stored by MONEI. It fails when the account has no business.country, or none of business.website, business.legalName and business.documentNumber.
