createDocument

Creates a KYC/onboarding document record in status PENDING on the current account. Then call uploadDocument to upload the file. When a PENDING document with the same type and name exists, returns it instead. The dashboard does this with Add document on Settings > Legal documents. Arguments: - input: Type, name and note of the document.
