createIdSession

Starts a hosted identity-verification (KYC) session for a representative of the current account and returns its URL. For an identity whose resubmission was requested, returns the existing session URL. Fails when the identity is already submitted, approved or declined. Arguments: - input: Representative to verify and their name.
