Creates a subscription for the current account in PENDING status. Call activateSubscription next to attach a payment method and start billing, or send the customer the activation link with sendSubscriptionLink. In the dashboard, this is the Create subscription form of the Subscriptions page. Arguments: - input: The subscription to create.
