downloadDocument

Returns a pre-signed URL to download the file of a document of the current account. The URL is valid for 15 minutes. Fails while the document is PENDING (no file uploaded yet). Needs the documents:write permission, not documents:read. Arguments: - id: Document ID, from Document.id.
