downloadExport

Returns a pre-signed URL, valid for 15 minutes, to download the file of an asynchronous export (startExportCharges, startC60Export or a scheduled SFTP export). Fails when the job is not found for the caller, or its status is not COMPLETED. Arguments: - id: ID of the export job (a UUID), from startExportCharges, startC60Export or chargesExports.
