Refunds a captured payment of the current account, fully or partially. Only a payment with status SUCCEEDED or PARTIALLY_REFUNDED can be refunded, and a disputed payment (chargeback: true) cannot. For a payment authorized and then captured, the captured amount is the limit. A refund fails while another refund of the payment is in progress, and a processor can limit the time to refund. Repeated refund calls with the same paymentId and amount in quick succession are deduplicated. Account must have refunds enabled. Arguments: - input: The refund to make.

Payment object

A payment as the payment mutations return it (createPayment, refundPayment, capturePayment, cancelPayment and the send mutations). Amounts are integers in the smallest unit of the currency: cents for EUR, whole yen for JPY. To read a payment later, use charge.
