saveDispute

Saves the written argument of the response to a chargeback of the current account, and replaces the saved text. Evidence files are managed separately and stay as they are. Only possible while the chargeback is NEEDS_RESPONSE, nothing has been filed and the workByDate day (UTC) has not ended; otherwise it returns an error. The first save sets representmentStatus to DRAFT. Saving sends nothing to the acquirer: submitRepresentment files the response. The dashboard calls this Save draft. Arguments: - input: Chargeback ID and the written argument.
