Saves a draft of the onboarding (KYC) business details of the current account, with no completeness check. Allowed only while the account is PENDING_CONTRACT or NOT_CONFIGURED. It stores business and userNote and clears contract. Call verifyBusinessDetails to check the details. Arguments: - input: Onboarding details. language is ignored, and iban is ignored for most accounts.
