startExportCharges

Starts an asynchronous charges export job, with the same file as exportCharges. The dashboard uses it for Export payments (Payments CSV). Returns at once a ChargesExport whose status is PENDING. Poll chargesExport(id) until COMPLETED, then call downloadExport(id) for the file. Use it instead of exportCharges for large result sets. Arguments: - filter: Filter on charges, with the same rules as the filter of exportCharges. - columns: Columns of the CSV, with the same rules as the columns of exportCharges. Omit for the default set. - timezone: IANA time zone of the date columns. Defaults to UTC.
