submitRepresentment

Files the response to a chargeback of the current account with the acquirer, and returns the updated chargeback. It merges the saved argument and every evidence file into one PDF document and queues it for delivery. Irreversible: a chargeback accepts one response only. Same conditions as saveDispute. The saved argument must not be blank. The files together must not exceed 25 MB, and the document must not exceed 1000 pages. Sets representmentStatus to SUBMITTED, disputeStatus to UNDER_REVIEW and disputeDate to the filing time. The dashboard calls this File response. Arguments: - chargebackId: Chargeback ID (Chargeback.id).

Latest known stage of one dispute raised by a cardholder against a payment of the account. A disputed payment has one chargeback. The dashboard shows chargebacks on the Disputes page.
