verifyCustomDomain

Checks the custom domain setup of the current account for certificate validation and, once issued, provisions the custom domain and returns customDomainConfig.distributionDnsRecord. Call after each DNS change. Transitions status to SUCCESS when the domain is reachable, or FAILED if validation never completes. Before provisioning, it fails when a CNAME record already exists for the domain. On SUCCESS it sets customDomain and, when Apple Pay is enabled, registers the domain with Apple Pay.
