Returns the blacklist rule of the current account with this value, or null when there is none. Arguments: - value: Value of the rule. Emails and country codes match in any case; phones must be in E.164 format.

BlacklistItem object

Blacklist rule of the current account. A payment that carries value for the given type is declined before authorization. MONEI also applies its own global list. A payment whose email or session fingerprint is on the whitelist (WhitelistItem) is not declined. MONEI also adds rules itself, for 24 hours, when it detects repeated payment attempts (note: Multiple attempts detected).
