How to read quantity and unitAmount of an account invoice line item.

• money - unitAmount is a price per unit in the smallest currency unit, and quantity is a count. amount is quantity * unitAmount, rounded.
• percent - unitAmount is a rate in percent (0.5 is 0.5%), and quantity is the base amount in the smallest currency unit. amount is quantity * unitAmount / 100, rounded.
