Detail of the payment the rule matches.

BlacklistItemInput.value ● String! non-null scalar

Value to match. Its format depends on type: an email address, a phone number (converted to E.164), an IP address, a card fingerprint, a session fingerprint, or an ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code. Emails are saved in lowercase and countries in uppercase.

BlacklistItemInput.note ● String scalar

Free text that explains why the rule is added.

BlacklistItemInput.validUntil ● AWSTimestamp scalar

Expiry time as a Unix timestamp in seconds. Omit it for a rule that never expires.
