AuthorizedUser

Dashboard user authorized to access a MONEI merchant account. The same email may appear on multiple accounts with different roles. The dashboard lists them on Settings > Authorized users.

Fields

AuthorizedUser.userEmail ● String! non-null scalar

User's email address, in lower case. Identifies the user within an account.

AuthorizedUser.id ● ID! non-null scalar

User ID. The same user has the same ID on every account.

AuthorizedUser.accessLevel ● AuthorizedUserAccessLevel! non-null enum

Permission level on this account. With roles, the highest level the roles contain: ADMIN_ACCESS for admin_access, WRITE_ACCESS for write_access, else READ_ACCESS.

AuthorizedUser.roles ● [String!] list scalar

Roles on this account, any of admin_access, write_access, read_access, cashier_access (creates payments and payment requests; no refund, capture or cancel) or finance_access (read access plus payouts, invoices and exports). The dashboard names them Admin, Write, Read, Cashier and Finance. The user holds the permissions of every role. null when no roles were set for the user: the user then holds the role of accessLevel (ADMIN_ACCESS is admin_access, WRITE_ACCESS is write_access, READ_ACCESS is read_access).

AuthorizedUser.storeId ● ID scalar

ID of the store the user is restricted to. When set, the user sees only the transactions of that store and can hold only read_access, write_access and cashier_access. Null when no store restricts the user.

AuthorizedUser.pointOfSaleId ● ID scalar

ID of the point of sale the user is restricted to. When set, the user sees only the transactions of that point of sale and can hold only read_access, write_access and cashier_access. Null when no point of sale restricts the user.

AuthorizedUser.status ● AuthorizedUserStatus! non-null enum

Status of the user's sign-in account.

AuthorizedUser.lastLoginAt ● String scalar

Time the user last signed in to this account or renewed a session on it, in ISO 8601 format. Null when the user never did.

AuthorizedUser.createdAt ● String scalar

Time the user got access to this account, in ISO 8601 format.

AuthorizedUser.updatedAt ● String scalar

Time this record last changed, in ISO 8601 format. A sign-in also changes it.
