# Accessing your dashboard

Your MONEI dashboard is where you manage payments, settings, and your account. This page covers how to log in, reset your password, and invite other users.

## Logging in[​](#logging-in "Direct link to Logging in")

To access your account, go to [dashboard.monei.com](https://dashboard.monei.com/) and sign in with your email and password.

## Reset your password[​](#password-reset "Direct link to Reset your password")

If you forgot your password or you want to change it, [go to the MONEI dashboard](https://dashboard.monei.com/) and click on **Reset password**.

## User invites and roles[​](#users-roles "Direct link to User invites and roles")

You can invite other people to access your MONEI account from [Settings → Authorized users](https://dashboard.monei.com/settings/users). Each user is given one of three access levels:

| Access level       | Can                                                   | Cannot                                             |
| ------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------- |
| **Read**           | View payments, transactions, and reports              | Create payments, issue refunds, or change settings |
| **Read and write** | Create payments and issue refunds                     | Access admin settings or manage users              |
| **Admin**          | Everything, including all settings and managing users | —                                                  |

Additional dashboard users are billed at **€1.99 per user per week** (VAT-exempt). For current pricing, see [MONEI fees](https://docs.monei.com/manage-account/monei-fees/.md).

You can also **scope a user to a single [store or point of sale](https://docs.monei.com/guides/managing-stores/.md)** so they only see and create payments for that location. A scoped user must be **Read** or **Read and write** — an **Admin** user can't be limited to a store or point of sale.

Common pitfall

A user scoped to a store or point of sale **only sees payments tagged with that `storeId` or `pointOfSaleId`**. If a payment is created without the matching ID, that user will not see it in their dashboard. When you use scoped users, make sure every payment carries the right ID — either by [passing it in the API](https://docs.monei.com/guides/managing-stores/.md#assigning-payments), or by having the user create the payment in the dashboard or MONEI Pay, which inherits their assignment automatically.

Go to [Settings → Emails](https://dashboard.monei.com/settings/emails) in your dashboard, click **Marketing email preferences**, update your preferences, and click **Save**.

[Contact support](https://support.monei.com/hc/requests/new) and someone from our team will help you close your account.

### Does MONEI offer phone support?[​](#phone-support "Direct link to Does MONEI offer phone support?")

MONEI doesn't offer phone support, but you can [open a support request](https://support.monei.com/hc/requests/new) and we'll respond within 48 hours.

### Can I leave a review for MONEI?[​](#leave-review "Direct link to Can I leave a review for MONEI?")

Yes, and we'd appreciate it. You can review MONEI on our [G2 profile](https://www.g2.com/products/monei/reviews/start). Use your personal email and your own name (not your business name) to avoid friction while submitting.
