# Multiple accounts

You can create more than one MONEI account with the same business details. To segment payments **inside** one account — by location, brand, or register — use [stores and points of sale](https://docs.monei.com/manage-account/stores-and-points-of-sale/.md) instead; a second account is only needed when the setup itself must differ.

Create another account by clicking **Create another account** in your [user dashboard](https://dashboard.monei.com/). Reasons to use a separate account include:

* Running a **different website or store** that needs its own integration and settings
* Keeping **logistics, accounting, or reporting** fully separate
* Giving a team **its own dashboard access**, with no visibility into the other account
* Sending payouts to a **different bank account** — though you can also settle each [store to its own IBAN](https://docs.monei.com/manage-account/stores-and-points-of-sale/.md#store-iban) inside a single account

You cannot create more accounts with the same business details by registering them separately from the signup page. When you create a new account from an existing account, you are still the owner, but you can add another user as an admin.
