# Schedule reports to your SFTP server

MONEI can deliver scheduled **payment reports** straight to your own SFTP server — useful for automated reconciliation and accounting. Each report is an export of your payments, delivered on a recurring schedule.

## Add an SFTP destination[​](#add "Direct link to Add an SFTP destination")

1. In your [MONEI Dashboard](https://dashboard.monei.com/), go to [Settings → SFTP Reports](https://dashboard.monei.com/settings/sftp-reports).

2. Click **Add SFTP destination** and enter your server details:

   * **Host** — your SFTP server hostname.
   * **Port** — the SFTP port (`22` by default).
   * **Username** and **Password** — the credentials MONEI uses to connect.
   * **Path** — the directory on your server where files are delivered (`/` by default).

3. Choose the **Export format**:

   * **Payments CSV** *(default)* — a CSV export of your payments, delivered **daily**. Each file covers the previous day's payments (12:00 AM–11:59 PM in the timezone you select).
   * **Cuaderno 60** — the AEB reconciliation *fichero* (fixed-width `.txt`) for Spanish public administrations, delivered on the AEB filing days. This option appears only on **public-administration accounts** — see [Cuaderno 60](https://docs.monei.com/public-administration/cuaderno-60/.md) for the filing schedule and file layout.

4. Choose the **timezone** used to format dates.

5. For a **Payments CSV**, select which **columns** to include.

6. Save. The destination is enabled by default; you can disable it anytime without deleting it.

Whitelist MONEI's IP address on your SFTP server firewall, or delivery will fail. You'll find the current IP address in [Settings → SFTP Reports](https://dashboard.monei.com/settings/sftp-reports).

You can add more than one SFTP destination, and edit or delete them at any time from [Settings → SFTP Reports](https://dashboard.monei.com/settings/sftp-reports).
