Schedule reports to your SFTP server

MONEI can deliver scheduled payment reports straight to your own SFTP server — useful for automated and accounting. Each report is an export of your payments, delivered on a recurring schedule.

Add an SFTP destination

1. In your MONEI Dashboard, go to Settings → SFTP Reports.
2. Click Add SFTP destination and enter your server details:
   • Host — your SFTP server hostname.
   • Port — the SFTP port (22 by default).
   • Username and Password — the credentials MONEI uses to connect.
   • Path — the directory on your server where files are delivered (/ by default).
3. Choose the Export format:
   • Payments CSV (default) — a CSV export of your payments, delivered daily. Each file covers the previous day's payments (12:00 AM–11:59 PM in the timezone you select).
   • Cuaderno 60 — the AEB reconciliation fichero (fixed-width .txt) for Spanish public administrations, delivered on the AEB filing days. This option appears only on public-administration accounts — see Cuaderno 60 for the filing schedule and file layout.
4. Choose the timezone used to format dates.
5. For a Payments CSV, select which columns to include. The columns are the ones of a dashboard export, except refundedAmount and updatedAt, which SFTP files do not have.
6. Save. The destination is enabled by default; you can disable it anytime without deleting it.

Whitelist MONEI's IP address on your SFTP server firewall, or delivery will fail. You'll find the current IP address in Settings → SFTP Reports.

Fees

Scheduled SFTP delivery costs €24.99 per SFTP connection per week (VAT added) — each enabled destination is one connection. For current rates, see Pricing.

Manage destinations

You can add more than one SFTP destination, and edit or delete them at any time from Settings → SFTP Reports.

Columns in older destinations

SFTP files are read by column position, so the column order does not change. The providerId, acquirer and providerInternalId columns stay in the file, with their header and in the same position, but their values are empty. A destination with no column choice delivers every SFTP column: these three columns are empty, and paymentProcessor is added as the last column. Use paymentProcessor to see which processor took a payment. See Columns.
