Onboarding by country

Our goal is to help you accept a wide range of payment methods within one single platform. Onboarding steps differ slightly by country. After you've registered, you must activate your account — learn more about how to get started with MONEI.

Where MONEI is available​

MONEI is currently available to businesses in Spain and Andorra. By the end of 2026 we plan to expand to Portugal, France, and Italy, and our LATAM expansion is underway — MONEI will soon support e-commerce businesses in Mexico, Brazil, and Chile.

If you bring your own acquirer or processor, MONEI is available to businesses worldwide — you use it as your orchestration layer on top of your existing acquirer.

Spain​

MONEI's payment gateway is the choice of many Spain-based e-commerce businesses.

If you want MONEI to handle acquiring (most merchants), account creation and approval only take a few minutes. Get started here and review the requirements to activate your account.

If you want to bring your own acquirer or processor, you must have Redsys credentials (a TPV Virtual) to set up your account. Andorra​

MONEI partners with Creand Crèdit Andorrà to simplify digital payments for Andorran e-commerce businesses. Whether you're an existing Creand Crèdit Andorrà customer ready to start with e-commerce or an Andorran e-commerce business new to MONEI, here's how to create your account:

  1. If you're not already a Creand Crèdit Andorrà customer, first contact Creand Crèdit Andorrà to become a client.
  2. Once you have an account with Creand Crèdit Andorrà, contact your personal bank and subscribe to a TPV Virtual to link your store to MONEI.
  3. Once you've received your TPV Virtual credentials, sign up for your MONEI account. We will then contact Creand Crèdit Andorrà to complete the integration of your TPV Virtual with your MONEI account, and notify you once approved.

Creand Crèdit Andorrà sets and handles Andorra pricing directly. Its current fee is €0.24 + 3.92% per national or international credit card transaction — confirm the latest rates with Creand's Online Payments team.

Required information when creating your account:

  • 7-digit trade registration ID (1 letter + 6 numbers)
  • DNI or Passport
  • Residence permit (6 numbers + 1 letter)

Creand Crèdit Andorrà and MONEI support teams work together to complete your account creation.

If your business is based in Andorra, you can accept the following payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club International, Discover, and UnionPay), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Click to Pay, and Bizum.
