MONEI supports a wide range of payment methods to help you maximize your conversion rates and reach customers globally. Below is an overview of all available payment methods:

Common questions​

Does MONEI support SEPA Direct Debit or SEPA Request to Pay?​

No to both. MONEI does not collect payments by SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) or SEPA bank transfer, so you can't debit a customer's bank account from a signed mandate. SEPA Request to Pay (SRTP) is a different scheme that MONEI runs as a closed beta for payer-side SRTP service providers — it is not a payment method you can enable or offer at checkout. To collect from a bank account, use Bizum in Spain or MB WAY in Portugal, where the customer approves the payment in their own app. For recurring charges, use subscriptions with a saved card.
