Common questions​

Does MONEI support SEPA Direct Debit?​

No. MONEI does not collect payments by SEPA Direct Debit (SDD), so you can't debit a customer's bank account from a signed mandate. The bank-transfer method MONEI offers is SEPA Request to Pay, where the customer approves each payment in their own banking app. For recurring charges, use subscriptions with a saved card.
