Common questions
When is a payment settled to my bank?
A successful payment is immediately, then settled to your bank according to your payout schedule. See payouts and settlements for the timeline that applies to your account.
Can I refund a payment to a different card?
Yes. See Refunds for when this is possible and how it works.
How do I send money to a customer, not just refund them?
Use payouts to customers — these draw from a prefunded balance and are separate from refunds.
