Pay by Link
MONEI's Pay by Link feature lets you create manual orders and accept customer payments from a link, in one click.
You can create and customize your Pay by Link page with your logo and brand colors for the main CTA button. Then create a payment request link that you can send to your customers.
Your payment links use a MONEI URL by default. To show your own brand in the link, connect a custom domain — you'll need to own the domain.
You'll avoid spending time creating manual invoices by creating secure payment links that are hosted by us. No coding required. You'll be able to accept all the payment methods that are configured in your MONEI account.

Send links and receipts via WhatsApp
As of 2023, over 2.24 billion people use WhatsApp monthly, making it one of the most popular global mobile messenger apps. - Log in to your dashboard.
- Go to the Payments tab.
- Click the Pay by Link button.
- Fill out the Create payment form. You must enter the customer's phone number, but leave out the customer's email address if they want the receipt to be sent via WhatsApp. Entering billing and shipping addresses is not required to send payment requests via WhatsApp.
- Click Create payment for [€ amount].
- Verify the information on the next screen and click Send payment link.
- The customer receives a pending payment request notification via WhatsApp and clicks Pay now.
- The customer is redirected to a secure payment page where they can choose their preferred payment method to complete the transaction.
- The customer automatically receives a receipt via WhatsApp and can click Open receipt to view it.
Additional information:
- Receipts are automatically sent via WhatsApp as long as the payee's phone number has been entered.
- If the phone number is not associated with a WhatsApp account, the payment request and receipt will be sent via SMS or email.
